Elder Dashboard
Forum Christian Church
We exist to intentionally connect people to Jesus. These tools give the elder team clear sight of that mission — the state of the ministries, the people behind them, and the documents that guide our governance — so oversight can be prayerful, informed, and unhurried.
Covenant Courses, Connect Events, child dedications, the Annual Meeting and Missions Homecoming from the preaching calendar, with the special events and prayer times we add here.
Monthly ministry reports from the staff — the elder dashboard and prayer sheet, 2020 to today.
The unhurried, repeated work of caring for the people God has entrusted into our ministry — who is hurting, who is walking with them, and the next follow-up.
The discernment questionnaire and its dashboard — candidate responses, alignment ratings, and what to press into.
Our governing documents, searchable and linkable — the bylaws beside all four guiding-principle manuals, with the official files behind them. Elder code required.
Who serves each year, from 1987 through the years ahead, with admin controls for changes. Elder code required.
Our shared folder, searchable — every meeting’s minutes, staff and board reports, financials, and policies back to 2001, with a reader that answers questions from the documents themselves. Elder code required.
One role, three facets — our interactive study of New Testament eldership and how we practice it at Forum. A standalone page, safe to share with prospective elders or anyone exploring the call.
Everything a table leader needs for the membership course — both session flows, the four rounds with coaching, tough questions, the Covenant Card moment, and the one-on-one conversation.
